Antigua Fonda donde se alojaban los comerciantes y mercaderes. La casa se distribuye alrededor de patio central, imitación a la de Palacio, hoy sólo se ve por el exterior. Las aceras son muy estrechas, recorrido practicable para una persona de movilidad reducida.
