La oficina forma parte del conjunto de las Murallas Reales y del puente de entrada a la ciudad. Puedes llegar en autobús, en taxi o andando. El edificio es parte del monumento histórico y tiene en la entrada un cartel de colores con las palabras “Ceuta te va a gustar”. La oficina tiene solo la planta baja abierta al público.
